1. Custom: open /submit (customer account), fill parameters, upload drawing; read pass/fail feedback (adjust online if needed); quote after a pass; pay; track with the order phone number.
2. Standard: open /standard and pick a listed catalog sample (price as listed; no stacked discounts).
3. Custom equipment or ink (not a circuit order): https://boardsample.com/custom-request.
4. Track: /track with the submit phone number.
5. Optional: register substrate courier tracking; confirm receipt when the sample arrives.

Languages: en, zh-CN, ja, ko, zh-TW, de, fr, ar via `?lang=`. Arabic is RTL.
